Bishop David Waller is the Bishop Ordinary of the Personal Ordinariate of Our Lady of Walsingham. He is the first Bishop of the Personal Ordinariate of Our Lady of Walsingham, which exists to enable the return of Anglicans to the Catholic faith and the evangelisation of England, Wales and Scotland.
