The Right Reverend David Oakley is the current Bishop of Northampton. He has dedicated much of his ministry to parish life, which he considers his "natural habitat." He has a Master of Education in catechetics from the Maryvale Institute, a PhD in Pastoral Theology and he served as Rector of St Mary's College, Oscott, from 2013 to 2020.
